Refund policy
Here at PawPaw Pet Shop, we value our customers and want to ensure you are happy with your items. If for some reason you need to return your item we will gladly offer you a refund within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in re-saleable condition. Please see details below:

- Items must be unworn
- Items must be unwashed
- Items must not be damaged
- Items must be in the same condition that you received in their original packaging
- Valid order number is provided
- Provide receipt or proof of purchase
- We do not offer exchanges
- Buyer will pay the return shipping if they chose a remorse.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE
- Pre-order items are FINAL SALE
Return Process
Please submit product return requests directly in our online store.

- Tell us the reason for return
We will contact you within 2 business days with details on the return process.
Damaged and wrong products or issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, contact us immediately. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Exchanges
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@pawpawpetshop.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All pre-orders, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that refund may take longer depending on your bank or Credit Card Company.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
