Our Customer Service is dedicated to getting your orders shipped to you as safely and efficiently as possible. As always, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or require additional information. 

We offer shipping options as below. Shipping is non-refundable on all orders.

  • Monday Delivery Cutoff: 
    • Locations: Burnaby, Tri-Cities, Surrey, and Langley

    • Order Deadline: Friday, 5:00 PM

  • Orders are fulfilled within two (2) business days for standard shipping

 Free Free Orders placed by 5:00 PM Friday will be delivered the following Monday

Canada

 Free CAD $10.99 3-9 business days
USA Free CAD $15.99 3-9 business days

 

TAXES & DUTIES

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. Outside of Canada, any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. No additional duty charges to shipments within Canada. Duty charges may be collected by your government for international packages (where applicable). 

INTERNAIONAL SHIPPING

We do offer international shipping. Please reach out to us to inquire about your request.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR DELIVERY FAILURE

To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If an order is returned to us due to a missing/incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. 

SHIPPING TIME

  • Free delivery within Burnaby, Tri-Cities, Surrey and Langley - Orders placed by 5:00 PM Friday will be delivered the following Monday

  • Standard shipping time may be delayed during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such situations. Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may also contribute to delivery delays.
